Lewis Elementary School Special Needs Visit

Legion members went class to class visiting special needs children in 1st and Kindergarten classes. We answered questions, took pictures, and bumped some serious fists. Teachers, staff, and children were thrilled to have us and we were thrilled to be there. Side Note: Children ranged from typical, atypical, non-verbal, wheelchair confined, abused, and/or underprivileged. Thank you Legion members for giving these children something they will likely remember for the rest of their lives.
